One print ad, from the time of the "nuclear family", featured a pretty woman at a nuclear bomb viewing and called her a humdinger. Another depicted a woman in the kitchen, her cooking scorched, with the phrase, "At least you didn't burn the beer." In contrast to the dehumanizing focus on the woman's dress and stovetop included in this piece are the powerful eyes of Rosie the Riveter, and an energy that's fierce yet balanced. Composed of purples and reds with splashes of orange and dark, flowing brushstrokes that easily carry the eye across the piece, "Humdinger" was the first scarf printed in Cult Luxury's inaugural collection.
